How does Book Now work?
Book Now lets you secure your selected item by paying only the booking amount first.
Once payment is successfully confirmed, your item will be reserved for 48 hours. The booking payment is deducted from the full item value.
What payment methods can I use?
Depending on availability, you can pay using Online Banking (FPX), DuitNow QR, e-Wallet, credit card or eligible card instalment plans.
Available banks and payment channels will be shown after you choose your preferred payment method.
How do credit-card instalments work?
Select Credit Card → Instalment and choose an eligible partner bank.
Available repayment periods depend on your order value and the minimum purchase requirement set for each bank.
The monthly amount shown is an estimate. Final eligibility and terms are confirmed during secure checkout.
Why isn't Buy Now, Pay Later always available?
Buy Now, Pay Later is only shown when an eligible online provider is available for the checkout.
If no provider is available, you can still explore credit-card instalment options.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is completed through a secure payment partner. Icon Luxe does not ask you to enter or store your card details directly on this payment guide.
Your item and payment amount are also checked again before secure checkout is created.

When does the 48-hour reservation begin?
The 48-hour reservation starts after your booking payment is successfully confirmed.
An incomplete or unsuccessful payment attempt does not confirm the reservation.
What happens to my remaining balance after booking?
Your booking payment is deducted from the full item value. The remaining amount will be shown before you make your booking payment.
Icon Luxe can assist you with completing the remaining payment after your booking has been confirmed.
When is my payment considered successful?
Your payment is confirmed only after the payment provider successfully confirms the transaction.
Returning to the Icon Luxe website after visiting the payment page does not by itself mean that payment has been completed.
What if my cart changes before I pay?
Your current item selection and payment amount are checked again before secure checkout begins.
If an item is removed, becomes unavailable or your order changes, you may be asked to review the updated amount before continuing.
